My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We had booked a double bed but ended up with two single beds and were told that a double was not available. Additionally, I encountered serious issues like a cockroach in the bathroom, a persistent sewage smell, and no hot water on two occasions. The steep layout of the hotel made it difficult for my partner, who has walking difficulties. Overall, I believe there are better options at a similar price point.

I had a lot of challenges during my stay at this hotel. The initial room mix-up was frustrating, and the lack of communication regarding the power outage really affected my experience. However, I appreciated the spaciousness of the room once I got the right one and the overall layout of the hotel was interesting. Still, the service left much to be desired.
